We loved this homely hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. The property's location was great by walk to bus station. What's more, it was not far from the beaches, close to restaurants and the garden and the restaurant area. The room was perfectly clean and decent, good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was polite and welcoming;))

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oliva. As a family-run hotel, we were made to feel personally welcome throughout. We intended to eat out each evening, but decided to eat in instead, as the food was great and there was lots of choice. We chose to eat a la carte, but could have kept it cheaper if we'd opted for the menu of the day. Although the hotel is in the middle of apartments and other hotels, the garden (and restaurant area) is quiet and comfortable, with lovely olive trees. If we are in Budva again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Oliva.

The hotelier was very friendly and helpful, the meals were very tasty and breakfast buffet was outstanding. The garden restaurant under big olive trees with small fountain is nice and romantic.
The room was very small.
